Team Assessment
Through a careful online assessment, we identify each team member's behavioral style, individually, and as a team, to determine perfect placement. Assessments include a 15 page report, communication styles, conflict resolution and motivation behaviors on each individual.
Team Dynamics
We overlay the team assessments to identify a group mentality, teaching communication skills and team dynamics to greatly improve efficiency and effectiveness. When working with sales teams, we have seen closing ratios increase up to 8 in 10.
